ADS Advisors was built to sit in the seat nobody else was filling: a paid advisor whose only product is strategic clarity. We take a flat fee, give you a written framework, and step back. What you do with the framework is up to you.

Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute conversation. If we're a fit, we quote a flat fee and a defined deliverable — a decision framework, a restructuring playbook, a financing plan, a cash flow system. No retainers. No ongoing commitments. No products to sell.

We are not licensed attorneys, CPAs, investment advisors, insurance agents, or securities professionals. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Where specialized advice is needed, we help you find the right licensed professional and brief them so your engagement with them starts further along.
